Here are the Belgian, Spanish and German covers for Hearbeat.

The Belgian sleeve is above and the Spanish one below with that photograph! I am assured that this is 'Heartbeat' - maybe the photograph would have made Spanish girls' 'latidos del corazon's' race at the time!

This is the German sleeve - the b-side is 'Lucy Jane' as it is on the UK and Belgian versions. I am not sure what the b-side on the Spanish version is, but I would suspect it is 'Lucy Jane' also.

Bernd has scanned for me this picture sleeve of Heartbeat from Yugoslavia. There won't be many of these around! It is similar to the UK sleeve of 'When', and it can be seen that the b-side again is 'Lucy Jane'.
