'Take Me In Your Arm's, a 1976 single release, was the first Showaddywaddy single that didn't enter the charts in the UK. The next one not to chart didn't follow until 'Doo Wah Diddy' in 1981. I believe 'Take Me In Your Arms' did have a full UK release. I don't know if it didn't chart because it wasn't properly advertised by Bell, or just that the public didn't like it.
The German sleeve is shown above. I do not know what the b-side to this version is, but I know the b-side to the UK version is 'Go Johnny Go'. The UK demo version of 'Take Me In Your Arms', shown below (
), featured 'Say Mama', even though the label states it was 'Go Johnny Go'. This is probably one of the most rare/valuable SWW records around.
